Your route determines where you start. Mike runs Pagosa himself and splits his time between our two locations, so call 970-398-0088 to confirm where and when to collect your rental.
Get ready the evening before. Night-before pickup is typically 4–5 pm, depending on the previous renter’s return. The yard opens at 1 pm, but your machine may not be ready until later. We’ll confirm the time with you.
Rental requirements & terms.
What's included
Each rental includes a trailer, tie downs, fuel and cleaning. When you're done with your adventure, just bring the machine back undamaged and we will take care of the rest.
No insurance is provided with the rental. You are responsible for any damage that reduces the resale value of the machine, including lost rentals, recovery and transportation cost to the dealership. In other words, damage can be really expensive.
Mileage & return time
- All rentals come with a mileage allowance of up to 75 miles per day. Any mileage over 75 miles will be charged at $2.00 per mile.
- All machines must be returned no later than 4:30 p.m. on the last day of rental.
Deposits, cancellations & late returns
- Reservations require a 50% deposit.
- Cancellations or changes more than 48 hours prior to the day of the reservation will receive a full refund minus an 8% processing fee to cover merchant fees (4% for the initial charge and 4% for the refund).
- For any cancellations or changes within 48 hours of your reservation, your deposit will be forfeited.
- All cancellations must be performed over the phone with a Pagosa Adventure Rentals representative to confirm the cancellation.
- Extended rental time can be arranged for $50 per hour, depending on whether the machine is scheduled to go out that evening or is reserved for the next day. Contact us in advance to confirm availability and your agreed return time. If you are running late without an agreed extension, call us as soon as possible.
